We are the data controller for the personal data processed through this website.

2. What data we process

• Contact and booking details: name, email address, phone number, arrival and departure dates, number of guests and your message or wishes.
• Data you enter in the Sirvoy booking system or guest portal.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited (only with your consent for statistics).

3. Why we process it

• To handle your request or booking and to communicate with you (performance of a contract).
• To comply with legal obligations, such as tax retention rules and guest registration requirements.
• To improve the website based on anonymous statistics (only with your consent).

4. Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We only share it with partners that help us run this website and our B&B:

• Sirvoy (booking system and guest portal) — processes your reservation details.
• Google Analytics — with your consent, anonymised visitor statistics.
• Microsoft Clarity — with your consent, anonymous insight into how the site is used.
• Google Maps and Google reviews — embedded map and review information; the map loads only with your consent.
• The service we use to send messages submitted through our forms.
• Our hosting provider, which keeps the website available.

5. How long we keep data

Booking and invoice data is kept for as long as statutory retention periods require. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact. Statistical data is stored in anonymised form.

6. Cookies on this website

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use four categories:

• Necessary — required for the site, the Sirvoy booking system and the guest portal to work. These are always set and cannot be switched off.
• Statistics — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to measure anonymously how the site is used. These load only after your consent.
• Marketing — any services and cookies used for advertising or marketing. These load only after your consent.
• External media — embedded content such as the Google Maps map. The map loads only after your consent; your IP address is then transferred to Google.

7. Withdrawing or changing your consent

You can change your choice at any time using the button below or via 'Cookie preferences' at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your data, and to object to processing. Email info@bb-reveille.com and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country, for example the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz Nordrhein-Westfalen or the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

9. Security

The website runs exclusively over a secure connection (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use.

We may update this statement when our website or services change. The current version is always published on this page.
